Please respect our Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation / rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours can incur a 50% fee
• No show appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance by email or 24 hours in advance by text message.

Colour at Atelier
When having a colour service at Atelier, we do request that all new clients have a patch test carried out at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Please note that these prices are all from and can vary depending your hair. this is stylists discretion.
Furthermore, our Graduate Stylists do offer 25% off these prices during their graduate period.
Cutting & Styling
Cutting & Styling services at Atelier are broken down into Levels. Each level is proportionate to the experience this stylist holds in their field.
We do advise, if you were hoping for something a little different (shag/Mullet etc) it would be beneficial choosing a more senior role ie Creative Director/Senior Stylist.
